Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Service not delivered within agreed timeframe
- Service does not meet agreed specifications
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved within 30 days
- Cancellation within 24 hours of service initiation (for new clients)
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of the issue
- Provide detailed information about the problem
- Allow us 5-7 business days to review your request
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been completed according to specifications
- Custom development work after 50% completion
- Domain registrations and third-party licenses
- Services cancelled due to client’s change of mind
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the work completed and the nature of the issue. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes.
